While Methodist Southlake publicly celebrates a Leapfrog “A” safety grade, they are privately refusing to release critical records about the care that left my 11-year-old son in ICU with septic shock. Despite a federal investigation confirming internal failures, the hospital continues to block discovery, deny responsibility, and bury the truth. This is not transparency. This is a wall.
